Comfort Keepers Home Care is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and experienced General Manager to lead our Dallas-area home care operations.

We are looking for a strong leader who has a heart for serving seniors, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and community partners.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily office operations and supervise office staff.

Serve as the agency’s designated Texas PAS Administrator.

Conduct client assessments and oversee individualized care plans.

Supervise and support caregivers in the field.

Ensure quality care, client satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.

Develop community relationships and participate in marketing and referral development.

Support business growth while maintaining a positive, accountable team environment.

Qualifications

Social work degree and experience strongly preferred.

Management experience in home care, healthcare, or social services.

Experience conducting client assessments and supervising employees.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to meet Texas HHSC requirements for a PAS Administrator.

Passion for serving seniors and supporting caregivers.
